Hurst Spit to Lymington draft coastal strategy unveiled

After a culmination of many years work, the Strategy Team will be sharing the Draft Strategy with the public this summer through a series of community drop-in events and webinars. The Draft Strategy makes recommendations to address increasing risks posed by sea-level rise and flooding across this environmentally and historically significant area.

Residents, businesses and stakeholders are encouraged to attend upcoming events to learn more about the Strategy and share their views. Experts will be on hand to explain findings, discuss proposed approaches to managing future risks.

The consultation will run from Friday 19 June through to 25 September. Find out more about forthcoming events
